How to prepare for your episode
We'd love to know what's firing you up these days.
This helps us craft the conversation around topics that spark energy and authentic dialogue.
Are there any compelling stories we should highlight during the conversation to captivate our listeners?
You will get to talk about your company, but episodes that are completely self-promotional don't perform well. Listeners want your insights and passions, not a sales pitch.
If you are not already an active listener of the show, we recommend listening to a few episodes so you get a feel for what to expect!
What we need from you:
A high-resolution headshot (chest-up image with arms fully in frame)
A preferred, updated bio
Social media handles (personal and company) for tagging
Please send all the above to Jiselle@MassivelyBetterHealthcare.com
Tips for a smooth, professional recording
What to expect on the day of the recording
Everything is pre-recorded and edited (not live)
First ‹15 minutes: visual, technical, and sound check
30-45 minutes: conversation + any retakes if needed
At the time of the recording, please use the Riverside link in the calendar invite. If you have any issues with the link, please contact our engineer, Kyle, at +1 (719) 651-7448.
Environment & setup
Find a quiet, soft-furnished room
Have a clean, simple, non-distracting background
Wear solid colors; avoid busy patterns/ stripes and noisy jewelry
Face a window or lamp in front of you (avoid backlight)
Position your camera at eye-level for a natural connection
Tech & audio
IMPORTANT: Please use a wired, external mic - your laptop mic will not sound professional
Wired or wireless headphones (earbuds are fine) are required to reduce echo
Strong Wi-Fi, close other apps/tabs to boost video quality
Silence phone + computer notifications
Riverside may look slightly blurry live — final edit will be crisp
Marketing your episode
We invest our time, money, and resources into each episode and ask our guests to do the same.
What you can expect from us:
Our hosts take the time to understand your background and field and come prepared to make your episode truly unique.
A sound engineer facilitates each recording.
A professionally edited and produced final episode is distributed to 10K+ subscribers across Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube.
A dedicated episode page on the show’s website.
2-3 social media posts are shared on the Heart of Healthcare accounts with 30k+ followers, plus amplified by our hosts.
What we expect from guests:
Post about the episode on LinkedIn or other social media accounts.
Engage with our social media posts and any comments (we'll do the same).
Feature the episode in a company newsletter or blog.
Leave a review for the show on Apple or Spotify!
Some guests also choose to boost a post about the episode with paid social ads to reach a broader audience.
Before your episode goes live, we're happy to provide you with the assets (usually a carousel post + highlight video reels).
If there's anything else you need, please let us know!
